DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) – A Mount Vernon man’s age discrimination lawsuit against Bankers Life and Casualty Company and his former boss is scheduled to go to trial next month.

The lawsuit alleges that environmental acts were violated in federal plans to open up four national forests in Southern California to roadways and drilling.
