Academy Award winning actor Morgan Freeman and a business partner of Clarksdale attorney Bill Luckett was sued in a lawsuit filed in the U.S. Northern District federal court in Oxford. The lawsuit stems from an August 3, 2008 car accident in which Freeman was driving. Luckett is also Freeman’s attorney.
