Father to Join Wrongful Death Lawsuit against Babysitter (KSPR Springfield)

A Willard babysitter, accused of killing an infant, will now face a civil lawsuit from both parents. On April 7, 2009, a hearing will be held for the father of Lucas Theede-Bennett to join the baby's mother in a wrongful death lawsuit.
