Lawsuit filed over Woodstock Township gravel quarry permit

A lawsuit has been filed against the Woodstock Township Board over a gravel pit permit issued in June. The 26-page document was submitted Aug. 23 to the Lenawee County Circuit Court by attorney Denis Jodis on behalf of township resident Kelvin Welbourne and the Woodstock Preservation League.
