Doctor aids opposing lawyer: LeGrand races to offer care to Poppe
After 10 days of trial in which he was the defendant in a $20 million medical malpractice lawsuit , Dr. Ryan LeGrand could not be faulted if he felt the urge to strangle plaintiff's lawyer Hans Poppe. Instead, LeGrand rushed to his aid when Poppe collapsed Monday in Jefferson Circuit Court.
