Driver in fatal wreck charged with homicide
Charges have been filed in the car accident that took the life of Clear Creek Amana freshman Mackenzie Lown in October 2011. Zachary Swenka, 19, was arrested and charged with homicide or serious injury by vehicle, a class C felony.
