EUREKA — Eureka County Commissioners plan to seek intervenor status on a Western Watersheds Project lawsuit over permits for public land use in the West, and Western Watersheds Executive Director Jon Marvel said Tuesday the “case will take six to eight months or perhaps more to litigate.”
