The attorney representing several African-American students at Lower Merion say they will appeal a judge’s recent decision in a racial discrimination lawsuit filed two years ago against the Lower Merion School District. The judge’s decision denies class action status in the case and blocks the Concerned Black Parents and Main Line chapter of the NAACP from a lawsuit they helped file.
