ACCOMAC -- A General District judge ruled in favor of a former Accomack County supervisor in a series of cases involving his long-running dispute with the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality and the county over allegations that his business discharged high levels of copper into the county's wastewater system and Onancock's wastewater treatment plant.
