Travis County and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality have filed a lawsuit accusing a new subdivision of polluting Hamilton Pool. The lawsuit filed Tuesday asks a judge to stop construction of the Ranches at Hamilton Pool subdivision until the developers install better pollution controls.
