Lawsuit Filed Against VICTIMS of Lima Crash
In a strange twist, the woman involved in a downtown Lima crash last summer is suing her victims. Linda Booth has filed in Allen County Common Pleas court what is called an "interpleader complaint" against 41 defendants.
